T12 designed and analysed the required structural steelwork modification scope to support the installation of pulsed gas detonation devices, for the removal of refractory build up within boilers on several EFW plants across the UK.
This upgrade improved upon existing steam-based soot blowers, improving efficiency of the boiler and overall plant.
T12 performed site survey through to design, analysis and modification/manufacturing and installation support.
